Subtraction within 10 jigsaws

How can this resource be used? These Subtraction within 10 jigsaws (6 jigsaws included) are ideal for maths centres, play rotations and even as a cut and stick assessment tool. Simply print and cut them out and allow the children to choose a subtraction sum, answer it and find the matching cross. Practising subtraction can sometimes be dull but these jigsaws are fun, engaging and allow learners to work independently or in small groups either with or without teacher support. Printing advice I printed mine on thick card for a more long lasting resource but these could also be laminated. Thank you Thank you for downloading this resource. Please don’t forget to leave a review so that other teachers can find the perfect resource for their own classrooms. I would also love to see my resources in action by tagging me on Instragram using @learningwithmisshopper.

Telling the time with owl differentiated worksheets - o'clock

How to use this product: These telling the o’clock time worksheets are ideal for children who are just starting to tell the time to the hour. Simply by using an animal character, children seem to enjoy these telling the time sheets more than any other worksheet I have given them. There are 4 different worksheets each with 3 differentiated levels (12 worksheets total). The levels are: writing only the hour number writing the hour number and o’clock writing the full telling the time phrase. Printing advice: Print individual worksheets or create a booklet for children to work through independently. Thank you Thank you so much for downloading this resource. Days of the week bingo game (boards and cards)

How to use this product: These ‘Days of the Week’ bingo boards are ideal for teaching the order of the days of the week. It is a really easy game that children love which can be used time and time again as part of maths centres, as part of a play rotation and as a starter or finisher task. I simply call out a day of the week and ask for the day before or after to be crossed out. For example: “You can cross off the day after Monday”. Alternatively, once the children get the hang of the game, you can also make it a child’s responsibility to call out the instructions or use the cards at the end of the pack to choose the bingo calls so all children can play without teacher support. Included in this download: 8 different ‘Days of the week’ bingo boards 14 bingo call cards (before/after a given day) Printing advice: Print on card for a more long lasting resource. Thank you Thank you so much for downloading this resource. Please don’t forget to leave a review to help other teachers find the perfect resource for their own classroom.
